Hoof Stone Bruising

Horse brushing

Cascade

Did you know that not taking good care riding over rocks can cause a stone bruise that could last up to a year for your horse to become completely right and be lame for a long time.

My pride and joy Cascade got trimmed too short by the farrier many years ago which cause sole bruising and took ages and alot of corrective farrier work to correct.

This happened just before I was getting him fit to go to Perth to represent QLD in the polocrosse nationals.  A major highlight in my life. 8 day roadtrip with my Dad from Gold Coast to South Australia to Western Australia.
